I.Scope of Application

DWQJ-76 multifunction rolling pipe bender applies to the bending of stainless pipe and the general 

steel pipe, square steel tube and rectangular tube, which can bend the pipe of 1-2mm into 180°-360°.

II. Structural Characteristics

The motor drives the reduction gears through the running of V-belt, and transfers to rolling axle I and II by 

the chain through reduction, then transfers to rolling axle III and IV through the gears. The driven axle runs 

with the rolling axle in operation. This machine has compact and reasonable structure, little malfunction and 

easy operation. 

II. Attentions of Operation

In order to strengthen safety management, and prevent the work related injuries or deaths, the  earth leakage protector must be installed before operation.The ground wire must be connected after switching on the power, then choose the needed  supporting mould as per requirement, and install them onto the axle I, II or axle III, IV, and then  fasten the round nuts. The mould can be selected as per the pipe type to be processed, and  each mould has been marked with type. Start the switch after installation, then make the motor rotates clockwisely. Insert the pipe into  the mould rolling groove and then slowly fasten the lead screw, and make the driven axle  descend to withhold the pipe. Slowly rotate the lead screw, don't fasten the lead screw in a  hurry, or it will cause the pipe to be flattened. The new needed circular measure can be reached                    after multiple rolling.
